Dragons Den Combat Sports is owned and operated by Coach Paul Shemwell and Coach Sylvester Wesson. We offer training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA for students including children from age 5 through adults with experience levels ranging from never done any martial arts through professional fighters. We believe the physical, mental, and social benefits of martial arts training are valuable for everyone and we want to build a gym culture where everyone feels welcomed and valued

    Open mat is a good time to roll with people at a range of skill levels, and the kids class teaches them useful skills and how to move their bodies more effectively.

    My son and my husband love going to BJJ! Now, that they have added Mom Fit class, I am able to go too! Great options for moms that wanted to stay active and fit while being busy with their family and work. They offer all kinds of martial arts training such as BJJ, Muay Thai/Kick boxing, Judo, MMA and my favorite Mom Fit! Come join the cool kids!

    Started the stand-up class tonight. Everyone was very welcoming. The instructor was very informative. And man, did I get in a hell of a cardio workout. I'll definitely be back on Thursday.

    This is a great gym. The coaches are professional and considerate. They know how to work with martial artists of all ages and experience levels, and that shows in the class quality and structure. I love the supportive and respectful atmosphere!
