  Finally a MMA Gym in Downtown San Diego!! I have been training with Coach Adam since 2020. The way he teaches makes jiu jitsu less intimidating and easy to understand. There are also other women that train there which it’s awesome! Clean mats, clean bathrooms and a very welcoming environment.

  Great gym - highly recommend anyone new or experienced drop in and get some training. I went just after they opened to an open mat on the weekend and had a blast. High level, super respectful and welcoming people who were also great training teammates and opponents

  Downtown BJJSD is an excellent spot with great people and amazing coach. Instructor Adam Mazin is well renowned for having top notch kids Jiu Jitsu programs. both of my sons were trained by Adam and have since become lifetime grapplers and combat sports enthusiasts. they have lunch and early morning classes with showers so you can get tough training in, shower up then start or continue your day. everyone is so welcoming which makes it a great place for an open mat drop in or traveling jiujitsero's, Creontes, or ronin's looking for their next homes!..LOL. come one come all! LFGSD!

  Great jiujitsu spot downtown! Coach Adam is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and everyone at this gym is a good chill roll. Highly recommend. I always enjoy the Sunday open mats at noon!

  Been with Coach Adam for years, Author, Coach, Mentor, and family friend to many. Hes Taught all my 4 kids and countless other. Inspires our youth and teaches in the most efficient and humor friendly way. New spot now, and great for travelers dropping in to keep your skills sharp even on vacation. Very close to the airport and in the heart of downtown. Wanna catch a brew after rolling? There's a Stone downstairs for the cool down!
