After working out with Casey off and on since 2012, I highly recommend her in all areas of fitness training whether Kickboxing Bootcamps, Jiu Jitsu or other. In addition to myself, all 10 of my children have worked out with her at some point .... we love, appreciate and respect her so much! Not only is she professional, knowledgeable and fierce, but she also possesses the kindness, compassion and grace that tend to be lacking in this industry. She brings the perfect balance and is simply the BEST!

Hugo Jiu Jitsu and the Bywater family more than excellent. Professor Casey is knowledgeable and an incredible teacher. A safe place to learn self defense and jiu Jitsu for the whole family!

I was fortunate enough to attend a class and everyone one was super welcoming and patient. Unfortunately I had life jump up and lead me elsewhere. I’m hoping I can get back and train with this group. Great experience definitely check it out.
