  The guys have been great at the studio. My young daughter is very shy but Robby has been amazing with helping her to engage and come out of her shell. Aswell for my son who has a disability. He loves it and really enjoys trying to Jack Reacher 🤣 recommend for anyone who wants to learn how to protect themselves. Great guys there

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My daughter has been attending the teen Krav Maga classes at Deftac for over a year now, and the transformation has been incredible. Her self-confidence has grown immensely, she's made great friendships, and she's learning valuable life skills that will stay with her forever! The instructors are amazing—supportive, professional, and genuinely invested in each student’s growth. The environment is welcoming and positive, making it a place she always looks forward to going. I can’t recommend Deftac highly enough!

  My 7 year old daughter has been attending training here for under a year and we have already seen a big improvement in her confidence but her skills. The staff are amazing explaining skills on each child’s level of comprehension connecting it to real world scenarios they may need to use these skills. My daughter has used her skills against a bully even the most important skill, when to walk away!

  This is a great place to learn self-defense. My self and my two boys have been training here for a year. The kids have a lot of fun while learning great skills. The instructors are all really friendly and make you feel at ease, no matter your skill level. Everyone is really nice and only to happy to help you.

  Instructors are awesome, friendly and professional. My kids have learnt valuable self defense skills and anti bullying tactics. Adult classes are simple to learn from basic strikes to weapons and multiple attack scenarios. Caters for all levels of student. An easy system to pick up and use in real situations. They have plenty of equipment and run fittness classes. I love training here.
