  Starting with the owners and the instructors are very friendly and professional people. MMA training and weight room really the price for everything is very affordable, I recommend it and the programs for children are very good. My two daughters have been training there for more than a year now and we like it. I think people should take advantage of this great and healthy mixed martial arts fitness and training program for their children and And for adults too, well, all ages.

  I can't say enough good things about CSW training center. My son started training here 2 years ago with coach Trent and what he has gotten is so much more than just physical. The coaches here truly care about their students, in and out of the gym. The workouts are tough, but the sense of accomplishment my son feels when he accomplishes something he doesn't think is possible has flowed into the rest of his life. He no longer has an "I can't" attitude, but an "I can!" His grades have improved because of this. From top down, this place is the best.

  My 7 year old son has been training here for almost three years and we are planning on having my daughter start soon. We absolutely love the kids program. Not only are coach Trent and Tanya great with the kids on all levels, but the martial arts that they teach are real life applicable techniques that can be used for self defense. 5 starts all the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their kids into top level martial arts.

  An absolute awesome school with a great instructor. I used to train here and remember learning so from Coach Paulson. The school focuses on real self defense and practical applications of martial arts. I highly recommend!

  CSW is the best gym around, especially for kiddos! Both my boys, 5 and 7, have been attending for two years. We LOVE it! The boys have learned so much about Jujitsu, kickboxing, teamwork, exercise, and made SO many friends! We love Coach Trent, Coach Tanya, and Coach Ben who work so well with all the kids. The gym has a family feel, that we're thrilled to be apart of!
