  Top notch coaches, a relaxed environment, amazing welcoming community. Even someone like me, who's never done martial arts before, and was seriously intimidated, was very warmly welcome, and now nearly a year later, Csa has helped me to fulfill a dream that I had since I was 19, but never had the confidence to go for. Huge thanks to all the trainers, I can't be grateful enough. Highly recommended.

  Pretty dirty place, not comfortable to go to as a woman in my experience. Coaches are friendly though!
