Core Combat Hong Kong

I went to two classes for my short stay in Hong Kong. Everyone was really helpful and the sparing/workout was great. I plan to go back next time I'm in Hong Kong.

A very great MMA and fitness gym to experience wrestling, fitness classes etc...... even they do soft classes like Pilates and Reformer! Highly recommend!

Best martial arts gym in Hong Kong, they do kickboxing, MMA, BJJ, wrestling and kids martial arts/ kids Kung Fu with quality instructors.

It's an excellent place to learn combat skills. Everyone there is friendly. If you want to learn how to fight or stay fit, here's where you should go.
