    I’ve been working with Coach Harry for almost two years now. I initially started training with him in person to help with my longevity in combat sport as I have had a history of osteoarthritis on my hips. I came in initially with my guard up, not really having much experience with a S+C coach, let alone an excellent one like Harry. Through careful planning, attention to detail and thorough instruction, not only has my body composition changed, but I’ve had significant improvement to my overall lifestyle. I’m able to train consistently, building a strong body armour thanks to his program that allows me to train twice a day or multiple days in a row. Switching to the online program was a smooth transition as well. Whether it’s form, questions or accountability in the program, Harry’s got it all. Highly recommend and I haven’t looked back since

    Coach Harry is one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever had the chance to work with, from S&C all the way to Bjj knowledge he has the tools to help athletes develop skills and continually improve as athletes but also as individuals. I came to Harry initially for strength gains but left with a well rounded idea of how to grow my own jiu jitsu game, and a deeper understanding of discipline and a grasp of healthier lifestyle choices that continue outside of the gym. I absolutely recommend training with Harry, he is dedicated and cares for all the athletes he trains, whether you are a world champion, or just someone training for fun he will ensure you are reaching your goals and helping work with you to get you there.

    I worked with Harry after a significant groin injury (adductor magnus tear), which is the kind of injury that can keep you off the mats for a long time if it’s not handled properly. What stood out right away was that his approach wasn’t generic or cookie-cutter. Harry took the time to understand why the injury happened, not just how to rehab it. He built a very targeted return-to-sport program that focused on the injured area, the surrounding muscles, and the movement patterns specific to my body and my jiu-jitsu style. Everything was practical, realistic, and clearly thought through. He was constantly reassessing and adjusting the plan at our check-ins based on how I was actually progressing. Even with my own background in human anatomy, I was consistently impressed by how well he translated strength and conditioning principles into something that genuinely worked in real-world training. The progress I made led me to continue to work with Harry for ongoing strength and conditioning. He stands out among any coach I’ve worked with ! His programming actually works — not just theory or hype. I’d highly recommend him to any athlete looking for intelligent, individualized coaching. Stop trying to do it on your own !

    Harry is a phenomenal S&C and sport coach. We worked together virtually, and he helped me accomplish several fitness (strength and body comp improvements), sport-specific (strength, flexibility, and cardio for BJJ), and overall health goals (metabolic markers). It was apparent from the start that he genuinely cares about his clients and is deeply committed to their success. He has an accessible and effective approach to training, and I learned a lot from working with him. I cannot recommend working with Harry enough.
