Awesome train for our u9 league team learning some wrestling and grappling skills to better their tackling. Professional and fun, definitely recommend.

Thank you so much to Gloria for helping us out. Even though we were there to shop she was amazing at helping us and going out of her way with extra service

Good BJJ program and classes. Their coaches Adam and Cob are really good. Maybe the best in all of NZ??? The other tall bold coach is also good but talks too much during demos.

Can’t rate this gym enough, very friendly welcoming atmosphere, all levels welcome, the skills you learn here are second to none and the people from the gym are of absolute best character. It’s an amazing place to make new friends and make some personal progress however big or small yours goals may be. 🥊🥊🫡
