One of the best places in the world I've dropped into for a NoGi class. Chris Collins has exceptional knowledge and rolling with him was informative and constructive. The guys training that day were excellent, great fun and friendly. I would visit Hong Kong again just to train here again.

One of the best BJJ gyms in HK. It has a strong focus on no-gi, which is rare in HK. Instruction is good; for beginner students the focus is on classic "old-school" gi fundamentals. For advanced students it is a freeform environment to experiment with specialty skills, with students working on everything from no-gi bolos to MMA-style wall wrestling. As of 2023 the gym has great facilities with a central location (Sheung Wan), big floor space, a padded wall, and nice showers.

The boxing classes are great. Chris and Roy are excellent coaches and the lessons are more than just the typical Thai-bo boxing sessions. Classes are typically anywhere from 4-8 people which means Chris/Roy can focus on the technical. Classes vary in terms of focus so you don't get bored. Some days are sparring, some technical drills, while some days Roy just wants you to grind out. Very friendly groups, little ego, everyone just trying to improve their boxing game.

Chris shares wonderful details and insights in both Gi and Nogi jiujitsu training sessions. And keeps the vibe fun and inspiring. Always a pleasure training here!
