Checkmat Hollywood Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

Hollywood check mat it's a hidden Little gym right in the middle of Hollywood! Jair Sinistro it's a great teacher for Brazilian Jiujitsu he comes with that old School discipline strong mentality and respect. I've been training with him for almost 6 months. I have learned a lot physically and mentally. He is not only my sensei but a friend. I highly recommend this for adult classes and kids!

If it’s your first time stepping on the mat, or you have been training for years this is the place to train. Great instructor. Walks through positions and submissions thoroughly. Many different people to train with. And everyone is super cool with one another. Definitely recommend!

Great place to train! Professor Sinistro pays close attention to everybody and provides a positive environment for practitioners at any level. The gym is housed within a training facility that you get to use before and after class which makes their monthly rate a great deal compared to other gyms in the area. Highly recommend!
