Great place! If you live anywhere near this place, I would start training here. World champions, and legends all over the place stopping by this gym. Impossible to get more talent under one roof. If you live within 30 minutes of this place and Train anywhere else, you are totally nuts. Go here! Quit doing karate and start rolling …

I love this place! It’s been a great environment for myself and my sons. You get quality instructions and training from high caliber coaches that care. The support from coaches and teammates is 🔥! Everyone pulls everyone up. Highly recommend.

Best Jiu-Jitsu place for my son and I. Every kids class they have 5 coaches (3 black belts and 2 colored belts) taking care of the class. No other school we’ve been before has it!!! They have always been super supportive and helpful, playing and teaching the kids. Safe and trustful environment where I bring my son and I also train here. Adult class also with 3 black belts (1 of them only for beginners). You can’t find a better place to learn Jiu Jitsu!

Started at Millennia in Rancho and once I moved to the area I had to come train with the big dogs. Great gym, amazing coaches, and fun environment. Your BJJ journey starts the minute you walk through those doors, that is the biggest first step. Once you start you won’t want to stop

That’s a huge and amazing Jiu jitsu gym with the best professor that have on my life. The other students and also the staff are really friendly and helpful. It’s a great environment! I highly recommend!!!

I’ve been training Jiu Jitsu for almost a decade and have been to various schools. Coming from a more self defense, traditional style of Jiu Jitsu and transitioning to this gym has been great. As a female I can’t say enough good things about the women here at this gym and one of the reasons I joined. Master Leo’s wife, Gle is an absolute sweetheart. Getting to train with female world and national champions like Barbara Pires, Pati Fontes and Mayara Custodio to say the least. We women have a nice spacious locker room. Everyone has been so nice. It’s a honor to be part of the team. Had great coaching by professor Gabriel and Jamie. Master Leo is such a humble yet legendary person in Jiu Jitsu. So happy i joined this academy.

Great place, I learned a lot from my Master Leo Vieira and still learn new things. Thankful to him. Tough training, big gym with weights equipments. Locker room has showers which rare in martial arts gyms of California. Great place to learn bjj.

If you're in the Long Beach area and want to learn Jiu-jitsu this is the place to be. The facility is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the instructors are all great!

Absolutely everything you could ask for out of a top notch jiitsu gym. Knowledge amazing instructors, super friendly atmosphere, and an amazing clean facility. If you live near here this is the place to train!

A review for tentative parents : If you’re thinking of putting your child here, please stay and watch your kids in the area. Very few teachers are wonderful but there are some teachers that seem to stick their own agendas when training the kids. We’ve asked for our child to be partner with kids at his level and size only to be disregarded twice which led to my my child hurting his head after being partnered with a kid that is years older and much more experienced. He was told to sit it out instead of receiving appropriate support. After we expressed concern we were told it’s just the culture of the sport and things happen. We were NEVERA INFORMED even while sitting a few feet away in the waiting area. Such a shame. If you’re a caring parent you understand when it comes to anything w your child’s developing brains / heads / skulls can be scary. If you decide to go here PLEASE Stay aware and KEEP AN EYE on your children while they train!! And remain vocal about your needs!! For your kids safety

I want to be very fair with my review because there are some amazing instructors and people here. But if you have children going here please be very careful and don’t take your eyes off of them. My 6 year old 40lb son, who’s only been training a few months, was paired with a 10 year old kid who’s been training a lot longer and he was flipped and landed on his head and NO ONE informed me. He was told to go sit by himself and “walk it off”. What if he had a concussion and went to sleep when we got home thinking everything was normal. No one there is a doctor and it’s not up to them to determine if a head injury is serious or not. I sit in the waiting area every class and no one told me anything. Thank goodness my son told me on the way home. I don’t believe this instructor cares for the kid’s wellbeing, he’s more concerned with who wants to be a black belt. I requested a meeting with the owner of the gym and the instructor, but the instructor couldn’t even show up for that. We don’t feel safe leaving our son in their care so we’re pulling him out. I hope this helps any parent looking for a place for your kid to train. Thank you.
