  I've been training here for 7 months and I can say that the coach is really knowledgeable and friendly. After every class I feel like I learned something new. He always knows what he's doing and teaches things that I've never learned at any other gyms in the past. He is very caring, compassionate and wants all of his students to succeed. He's great with adults but the kids also always have a blast. It's a very clean gym with plenty of parking as well. I highly recommend you try it out!

  I joined the gym 1 month ago and i love it. I hesitated for about 4 months i was timid and shy and then I finally joined and that was the best choice I made. I recommend starting as soon as possible, everyone is very chill and good vibe and professor saeed is very knowledgeable very patient and an amazing teacher. HIGHLY recommend

  Signed up for some exercise, got a friendly environment, learning great techniques. Coach here has so much knowledge of the sport and works with all of us to improve! There are classes accommodating for teens, adults, women and children.

  This place is a great place for the whole family to train! I love that is has different age group kids class and also a huge plus having Women’s only classes!!! The Professor/owner is very welcoming, accommodating and keeps a safe environment for everyone. The gym is clean and well kept!
