I've been training here for 7 months and I can say that the coach is really knowledgeable and friendly. After every class I feel like I learned something new. He always knows what he's doing and teaches things that I've never learned at any other gyms in the past. He is very caring, compassionate and wants all of his students to succeed. He's great with adults but the kids also always have a blast. It's a very clean gym with plenty of parking as well. I highly recommend you try it out!
My daughter started training here about 4 months ago. Jiu Jitsu soon became her favorite sport after coach Saeed started training her. I haven’t done any martial arts myself since I was a little kid, but at 45 I think I’m going to start doing some Jiu jitsu, as soon as I have some time
A few months in the children's class and my 8 year old son loves it. The teacher is very kind and very patient with the children, the environment It's very nice and I love seeing how he is learning discipline, becoming stronger and more confident about knowing how to defend himself.

Great Jiu-jitsu school for juniors. Said is much more involved than other instructors I've seen. He is very flexible and works with each student to push them to be their best.
I stopped in during vacation to train at Neezam BJJ, and it was a great experience! I've been training BJJ for 5 years, and I was impressed with the school. Saeed is a very nice guy and promotes a family-like atmosphere and a clean environment. Everyone is training to get better while being very safe. Saeed is the real deal! Highly recommend.
Signed up for some exercise, got a friendly environment, learning great techniques. Coach here has so much knowledge of the sport and works with all of us to improve! There are classes accommodating for teens, adults, women and children.
I joined the gym 1 month ago and i love it. I hesitated for about 4 months i was timid and shy and then I finally joined and that was the best choice I made. I recommend starting as soon as possible, everyone is very chill and good vibe and professor saeed is very knowledgeable very patient and an amazing teacher. HIGHLY recommend

My kid was training at Neezam jj when I was living in California. He loved it. Great coaches. Clean gym. I was gonna sign up to train too but we had to move to Massachusetts due to my work. If you live in the area check this place. I don’t know much about jiu jitsu but i can see that people love it there and everyone like coaches.

Plus the gym is very clean and has no ego friendly atmosphere.. Whenever I’ll be in OC this is the gym I’ll definitely come back to train.

Highly recommend training here. I came in a boy and left a man. After my first month of training I felt like I could take in the world.If I could live here I would but unfortunately I have to go to work and home every day. Luckily there are lots of classes each day and it's unlimited training. Everyone is super friendly and lots of good training partners. 10/10 recommend training here to help evolve your game.

Joining Neezam Jiu Jitsu School has been a life changing decision for me. To start, there’s elite level professors teaching day in and day out, with professor Saeed Dunkaev at the helm; because I had little to no experience in Jiu Jitsu, I didn’t know Saeed is well renowned in the Jiu Jitsu community. Whenever people ask who and where I train, they’re instantly in awe. The school has the perfect culture where it’s competitive yet super helpful to students who have never trained before. I recently got my friend, who being a hardcore boxing fan was always opposed to grappling, join the school. He is a month strong and is doing great! I highly recommend people to join because this school is on the trajectory to being among the biggest academies.
This is a great gym! People treat you like family, they take their time when teaching you, and it’s a great workout! I had a huge fear of getting choked and they took their time until I got comfortable enough to learn to defend myself. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place! Everything is top notch! Starting from the head instructor, the facility, and the community. If anyone plans to visit or sign up, I'd say it's the wisest decision regarding taking care of a persons own well being. Visited the place and had a blast! Wish I'd be living in the area to continue my trainings there.

I started training at Neezam at the start of last year for their 6 week Warrior Challenge and kept coming after completing it. Classes are super fun with a great team of coaches who challenge and encourage us to be our best on and off the mats. Would highly recommend Neezam for anyone looking to try BJJ!

I’ve been coming to this school for about a year and it’s crazy the immediate bond created between with the faculty and peers, they make sure everyone is like family. They teach discipline, strength, and attention. All skills that I use outside the gym. I appreciate everyone at Neezam since they’ve helped me grow as a person mentally and physically. The facility itself is kept clean and is a great environment for all. A great place to test ones capability and learn skills needed for the real world!
The coaches here Said & Juan are class acts. Both BJJ black belts and champions. They make you feel extremely comfortable when training and are honest with you 100% of the time. Whether you are new to the sport or experienced the environment at Neezam is perfect for you. Even though you're in a class with multiple other students Said & Juan do a great job of making you feel like they are working directly with you. After a few weeks you'll become addicted. After a few months you'll have a new family and friends. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.
This gym is fantastic! The staff is well trained and professional. They accommodate all sorts of schedules and have a multitude of classes ranging from all ages and expertise. The owner is always engaged and helpful and the classes are full of great information, training in proper form, mindfulness, and self defense. I’ve been training here at Neezam jiu-jitsu for a little over a year and the improvements I’ve had are tremendous, all thanks to the coaches and teammates. All the coaches are helpful and respectful.
Been going for a year, 2 days out of the week. Really enjoy it. 6am class my prefer time to go and the coach is always ready to go. Super humble, and always open for questions. Does not make you feel lost.
Saeed is a very decorated and accomplished coach. His medals and experience in the sport prove so. Learning from him is an honor. Wow I’m so grateful I found this gem! This super clean jiu jitsu gym is great for anyone desiring to start or strengthen their self defense skillset: women, children, or men! I love seeing the kids getting stronger and learning discipline while they train! I didn’t really know a lot about jiu jitsu before coming here! I walked in not even knowing what color comes after a white belt, and although I’m still so new, I’m excited to see how far I’ll go! I really appreciate the gym offering a 2 week trail period for anyone (like me) who is new and just exploring their interest! Knowing I’m not alone is a huge factor that keeps me coming back (unlike my 24 membership— a traditional gym was overwhelming for a beginner like me). I didn’t realize the power of learning from those that have gone before you & ASKING QUESTIONS to truly understand why, as opposed to just going through some motions to burn calories. I love being connected to the coaches and other members! The coaches genuinely care about their members’ improvement! What ultimately attracted me was understanding it’s not just a workout but a mindset! You simultaneously strengthen your physical health as well as your mental capacity and toughness! Getting out of your comfort zone and trying anything new will always be challenging and strange at first but starting where you’re at and staying consistent are the keys to success (in jiu jitsu yes but also every area of life you want to grow in! Small choices every day add up to make you an “overnight” success!) Overall, I found much more than a good workout; this is a holistic approach to lifestyle wellness. I realized I’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving it a shot— who knows, you might surprise yourself and learn something new!

This is a great place to learn and train JiuJitsu. I tried other schools before but all of them felt like they just wanted to beat you up. If you’re new to JiuJitsu, this is the place to be at. The coaches will train you in the basics step by step. Everyone is very friendly and the coaches will motivate you to keep pushing yourself to be a better person. If you want to learn JiuJitsu for self defense or competition this is the best place to be at.

I was a bit intimidated at first since I’m not the most athletic or the strongest but the way the professors break down each move and help you understand each movement and why you’re making those movements makes it all worth it! Everyone there just wants you to improve. The family environment makes it easier to come back each time. I love the all women classes and the gym is clean clean clean! They have someone in there cleaning up the mats and sanitizing. Best jiu jitsu gym in the area!

This place is amazing!! They offer an all women's class taught by a female coach! You can learn self defense moves, get in a good workout , and meet some great ladies. I have lost 8 inches off my body since joining. And ladies you can try it out 2 weeks for free.... that is 8 classes. All the coaches are amazing!!! I highly recommend it!

I’ve had my son train at a few different jiu jitsu locations, including a world-class gym in Florida, but neezam is by far the best gym for youth classes. The classes are a good mix of cardio, skill, and sparring so the young kids stay engaged. They mix it up so they condition 2 days of the week. Those days are my favorite because he comes home hungry and ready for a nap. The coaches are also very good about keeping order in the class so that it’s not just like herding squirrels. Highly recommend!!

I have trained at many schools in Southern California and have been very impressed with the training provided by the instructors at Neezam. The school is very clean and has a no ego friendly atmosphere. The instructors are top notch and are very dedicated to making sure everyone feels comfortable and understands what is being taught. I really like the multiple classes available throughout the day which gives options to train when I have time.
It’s very clear from Instructor Saeed’s demeanor that he’s very passionate about jiujitsu. Firstly, he has solid goals set in stone to mold his students into well disciplined individuals while becoming skilled on the mat. He’s very detailed about every technique and position and even encourages those to ask questions if we needed clarification on anything we’ve learned. Secondly, the atmosphere of the gym itself is very friendly with no ego or judgement around. Everyone I’ve met has a good head on their shoulders and we all get a long while pushing each other to improve every training session. Overall, I feel I can really grow at this gym.
I love the Women Only class at Neezam because it’s a very friendly atmosphere and I’ve already learned so much regarding how to defend myself. You should definitely give the two-weeks-free trial a chance to jumpstart your fitness journey! I see results already!
