My kids love Charles Gracie jiu-jitsu mountain house. They are always excited to go and they love the coaches. The coaches are very good with the kids. They are learning very quickly and I notice a huge difference in their confidence. We hope to continue at the mountain house location for as long as possible.
This academy is great to train at for adults and kids. There is a family atmosphere that makes the entire family feel great about fitness and self defense.
Its an amazing program for kids to build self confidence and helps kids strongly beat the bullying happens in schools and colleges.

Charles Gracie of Mountain house is the perfect place to get introduced to and fall in love with Jiu-Jitsu. The instruction is clear and well paced, ensuring a great workout and an increased understanding of the sport with every class. The instructors are welcoming and so are all the students. I had a great experience integrating into their adult classes and came away wanting to spend more time learning with them. My nephew attends the youth classes and has become more disciplined and focused, always excited about all he’s learned in the class. This is a great sport for all ages, and Charles Gracie of Mountain House is the place to go!

Location: It's nested behind Mountain House High School in the Cordes Village Plaza. It sits next to a pizza restaurant, boba, and dental office (to name a few). Parking: Has a spacious parking lot, with spots available right in front of the class. In between classes with kids, you might see a lot of cars driving through as parents are dropping off their kids.
I started training at Charles Gracie Mountain House about six months ago and have had an absolutely wonderful experience. It was easy to get started; from the very first day I walked in the door I felt welcomed into the community. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and down-to-earth, and the training strikes what I believe to be the right balance of intensity and playfulness. In just a short amount of time I've been able to make huge strides in both my jiu-jitsu game and my overall physical fitness and confidence. Signed up my daughter to build her self confidence and learn self defense but she got way more than that. She made new friends and She loves jiu-jitsu and doesn't want to stop. The coaches are awesome and highly skilled. They will teach you everything that needs to be learned and help answer any questions you have. I can't wait to sign up my other daughter so she can start learning.

Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy Mountain House is a great! The staffing is very welcoming. The training is excellent for all levels. I just started going and I am going to continue my training with them. I would recommend this training for everyone. Its a great workout and you learn a fundamental skill. Especially if you are a first responder I highly recommend!
This is a fantastic academy for students of all ages and skill levels. My son started last year at age 5. The instructors present at a level the kids can understand and are patient and helpful. I attend the adult classes. Having never attended any martial arts classes before, I appreciate the welcoming environment. No one is there to prove they are the best. Students of all skill levels work together to improve each other's skills. As a junior white belt, I have trained with other white belts, blue belts and even black belts. Everyone wants to share knowledge, learn, and work together to improve. I can't rate the Charles Gracie Mountain House Jiu Jitsu Academy high enough!

Awesome atmosphere to learn and train jiu jitsu. The coaches are consistent and make each class fun, safe and challenging. The mats are clean and it's located in a place where there is plentiful parking. The best part is how welcoming and inclusive it is.

Charles Gracie Mountain house is an awesome gym. The coaching staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming.
All the coaches here are exceptional! They only not teach our kids the sport of Jui Jitsu, but also camaredie, team work, hard work, respect and most of all humility. This academy has also developed our children's sense of discipline, not only on the mats but at home and school work. The coaches here have inspired our children to train harder and be better every training day. Time and again, the children are also being reminded that bullying is never okay and that they should stand up for themselves. This academy in particular is highly recommended because the coaches here inspire our children to develop fortitude and courage.
My kids Connor and Cami had been with Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mountain house since they started. We have nothing to say but good things about how they teach the kids new skills in every classes as well as instilling discipline. They make the class fun the kids lokks forward to coming back every week. So happy we have this in Mountain House

The kid I take care of goes to the Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Mountain House twice a week and it's the perfect sport. it helps him with his emotions to focus and use all the energy a child can have. the coaches are braying incredible very attentive but above all a necessary structure and a perfect learning. I joined Charles Gracie Mountain House in August of 2022. My original intent was to get myself in shape. When I realized they had several kids classes throughout the week as well I was very excited. I immediately signed my 4 year old son up for a trial. The coaches are next level with their attention to detail in instruction as well as their patience with the little ones. We signed my son up full time at the next class. My son is now 5 and has a lot more confidence in himself. He communicates much more efficiently and is methodical in his decision making as well. I noticed a huge stride in his patience with himself. He understands that everything worth doing takes time and work. I think that is a huge character trait to have at such a young age. As for myself, I'm 35 years old and I lost 30+ pounds within the first 6 weeks and have kept it off. I'm in the best shape of my life mentally and physically. Every class is a new challenge but every class you get a little bit better. My son and I have really bonded in the last year during our Jiu Jitsu journey and we truly are thankful to be a part of this special core of individuals that we refer to as our Charles Gracie Mountain House family.

Coaches & staff are awesome. My kids really enjoy all their classes. My eldest daughter's self defense skills & self confidence are improving drastically after just a few classes. My sons are having a great time and learning great self defense skills. My youngest daughters have a blast as well building their confidence & self defense skills. The gym is always clean & staff is always friendly, helpful, and very well skilled. Definitely well worth your time and I recommend the Mountain location for your jiu-jitsu training needs.
If you're looking to be physically challenged and get a great workout Charles Gracie Jiu Jitsu is what you're looking for. I have trained with the new owner for many years and his compassion, humor, and knowledge is what makes me keep coming back. Im eager to take my son to the new studio because I know he will enjoy is as much as I have.
My daughter loves her teachers at Gracie Jiu Jitsu MH. Her confidence has skyrocketed the last few months and she is in much better shape physically. Her jiu-jitsu classes are the highlight of her week. As a parent, I love the attention to detail in every aspect at the studio. It is immaculate, the safety and cleanliness protocols are such that my child comes out cleaner than when she entered ! :-) I believe this experience empowers my daughter and it teachers her the value of working hard and being dedicated and persistent. Any awards she gets from the studio she truly earns and she knows that! The experience of seeing the rewards of hard work alone make it worth it for me. I also bought lessons as a birthday gift for my husband and that gift was a success! He loves it. They don't realy pay attention if the kids are doing the right form i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone waste of money ...you should pay attention to your kid watch them doing it wrong and they don't even care to correct them zero star from me
