the best gym in Windsor for beginners, advanced and elite, and amazing staff
I've been going for a month and I love it. If you can accept that you'll suck for a while, you'll love it. The coaches are great, the facility is great, and everyone is super nice.
Such a positive environment. Everyone is so friendly and inclusive. I love coming in every week (even as the new kid)
I came through as a visitor and can't say enough good things about this gym. Great facility, great people, great training.
The gym environment is incredibly clean! The coaches are all so sharp and professional. I especially love the women's only classes! Highly recommended. 😍
Very beginner friendly. Coaches are very nice and understanding if you're just getting started. Very welcoming gym. Gym is open 5am-10pm so you can come in anytime you want which is an extra perk.
Great facility with essentials equipments. Coaches are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Big class so sparring will give opportunities to be better by going against different training partners with different fighting styles. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Though the classes are big, you will not be overlooked because the coaches are passionate with their craft so they will notice every individuals and will support with corrections for improvement if/when needed. Healthy environment to grow.
Love training at Central Combat Sports. I’ve been here over a year and couldn’t ask for better coaches or teammates. Great atmosphere, supportive community, and top-level training. Highly recommend!
I recently started at Central Combat as a beginner, and it has made a huge difference. Coach Randi Field’s women only classes are fantastic she demonstrates every technique thoroughly and helps build your confidence. The gym has such a positive, energetic atmosphere. I feel supported as I learn and grow, and I’m so glad I joined. Highly recommend!
