  Carlson Gracie Karachi is an excellent Jiu-Jitsu gym with patient instructors who focus on the fundamentals. Coach Alisha does a great job explaining techniques clearly. I especially loved the women’s-only classes with Neelum and highly encourage more women to join. The classes have a great pace and offer high level training for all skill levels. The facility is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with a strong emphasis on sanitising hands and feet before training.

  THE best place in Pakistan to learn BJJ. Coach Alisha is extremely knowledgeable and very adept in understanding the art and conveying the lessons to us. All coaches take great care in maintaining a welcoming learning environment where our talent and skills can be nurtured with attention to detail. Would highly recommend anyone to text the team and come in for a trial class as the team is always supportive of people interested in learning and growing.

  I've never been a gym person. But a single Jiu-Jitsu workshop at Carlson Gracie completely transformed my perspective. I left feeling stronger and more confident. That experience inspired me to join the Carlson Gracie team. As a complete beginner, I was initially nervous, but the welcoming and supportive team, led by the incredible Coach Alisha, quickly put my fears to rest. Now, I eagerly anticipate each training session, leaving feeling stronger, happier, and more confident. I wholeheartedly recommend Carlson Gracie to anyone, especially women, seeking a supportive and empowering training environment.

  I joined here two years ago... Honestly it's been a beautiful journey so far.. Coach Alisha is the pinnacle of jiujitsu in Pakistan. Anyone who wants to learn jiujitsu ( gi or no gi) intro, fundamentals, advance ... CGTK is the place to be! Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful people! 🙏🏽

  If you’re looking for a place to just be, fully in the moment, this is it. The training is exhilarating, pushing me to my limits while being incredibly fulfilling. The instructors are top-notch, making me feel like a champ (even when I’m flopping around like a fish) while teaching so much in the process. Joining CG was probably the best decision I’ve made since I stopped randomly picking fights with my brothers.
