  I have been training here for almost 7 weeks now and the time I have had so far has been really amazing. The teacher is a nice and well experienced man, who has created a very nice atmosphere for beginners and all other levels. The guys and ladies who train here are all very helpful and respectful and I would definitely recommend to come by for a trial session or month and see for yourself!

  Great BJJ school to train in Amsterdam! Marcos is an authentic teacher. He takes care all of his students and advices you based on your targets. There is always a great atmosphere with the students that are of all levels. It feels like a big family! I miss training there due to relocation.

  Excellent dojo with great atmosphere! Professor Marcos has a lot of experience and knowledge regarding Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is very patient with his students, so they can develop as best as they can! Definitely recommended!

  Marcos is absolutely welcome to newcomers, woman, younger people, older people and everyone who shows the smallest interest. His gym is friendly and one of the first places I really felt I could improve myself. I'll absolutely continue training with him and the people in this school.

  Very friendly and welcoming. Beginner and advanced classes available. Whether you want an easygoing pace or hard training there are always friendly, respectful training partners available to train with at the level you desire. Recommended.
