Max is the best. Friendly, down to earth, and super nice. My child attends classes and we both like the service.

I've been training at Burridge for over a year now, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. The people are awesome, and the atmosphere is welcoming from day one. Max and Mike are fantastic coaches. You can tell they're passionate about what they do and genuinely care about helping everyone improve, no matter their skill level. They're always willing to answer questions, give advice, and help you work through things. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and challenging in all the right ways:) Whether you're brand new to Grappling/BJJ, or have been training for years, you'll find great training partners and quality instruction. I highly recommend Burridge to anyone thinking about starting BJJ or looking for a new gym. I've learned a lot here, made some good friends, and always look forward to training.

I started Muay Thai here 2 years ago with no experience and a small hesitation around group classes. This has turned into one of the best parts of my week. The coaches/owners are welcoming, informative, and so easy to get along with. This is a place for any skill level, fitness level, and age to come and try something new. I’ve made some great friends and it’s gotten to the point where it doesn’t even feel like exercise, it’s just socializing while also working super hard.
