Great teachers! The staff have been amazing with both of our kids and have given top notch instruction. They know how to bring the focus and excitement out of each kid.

Looking forward to him learning from and shout out to Coach Bira and Coach David for allowing him to warm up to the idea of being apart of your tutelage and working with him until he was comfortable. Best teacher! Bira is good with students of all ages and levels of training. He makes everyone feel welcome.
Been a member since the opening, decided to follow Bira Lima to his new gym. Bira is a great Muay Thai and BJJ instructor with an awesome personality. David the owner is also great and has become a good friend. This gym has no ego, no clicks and is very professional and honest. Love New England United BJJ!
Joined the gym out of the blue in February not knowing anyone there and no background in either Muy Thai or BJJ. They are very welcoming and patient to bring you up to speed. Joining a MMA gym can be intimidating but they made it easy and enjoyable. The training is not only enjoyable and I look forward to it everyday, but also is great at physical conditioning. I was a very active weightlifter and this training has brought my conditioning to the next level. Only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.
