Black Sails BJJ offers free trial classes for beginners, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Edmonton
I dropped into their open mat session because a friend recommended this place to me, and from the moment I stepped through their doors, I felt welcomed. There were plenty of people to spar with and everyone was extremely respectful. Also learned a thing or two from the higher belts :) I had an extremely good time, and definitely recommend checking them out!
Posted 2 years agoI stopped by at Black Sails BJJ for an open mat the other day and had a blast. Everyone was super welcoming and there were a bunch of higher level belts to roll with and learn from. Definitely check this place out if you get the chance. OSS

Posted 2 years agoGreat gym and people, great instruction, and a very diverse skill set among the instructors. Lots of class options including early mornings. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
Posted 2 years agoThe best place in town for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Period. Phenomenal instruction, great atmosphere and community, and very welcoming of every experience level. Highly recommended!
