Have been training for about a year. Has been the best decision I ever made. Jayson, Avery and the other teachers have been helpful getting me to the next level not only in Jiu-Jitsu but in life. It’s a great environment for anyone wanting to try something new.
I absolutely love this gym! It’s such an amazing place for women to train. The ladies’ group is solid, and the guys here are wonderful training partners as well. You can really tell that the owner has put so much effort into creating a thriving culture that supports everyone. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained, both inside and out. Plus, there’s plenty of parking, and the location feels safe and secure. One of the standout features for me is the kids’ room, which allows parents to train while their little ones are entertained. So much thought has been put into making this gym a fantastic environment for everyone. Highly recommend!

Great gym, great professor, enough ppl to have good rolls but small enough that the professor corrects you on your mistakes. I’ll be back when work sends me okc again

Jayson legitimately has the biggest heart and genuinely cares about everyone who walks through the doors. He keeps his place neat and clean, and he takes such pride in what he does. Our 6 year old is learning so much. He's engaged in the lessons. We love that there are classes every day and Jayson's pricing is more than fair for all we get out of our membership. I cannot think of a better small business to support.
Professor Jayson and Black Flag Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu are truly stewards of their profession. My son Jaston says he loves learning from his coach! We are beyond blessed to be a part of the family Professor Jayson has built! And yes, it is one family!

This school is amazing not only in the fact that the jui jitsu is well taught and very useful, but the community Jason has built within the school is amazing. Anyone from a highschool student to a doctor or tradesman's can call eachother a family because of how close knit Jason has made black flag.

Been going here for over a year now and this place is great. The people, atmosphere and instruction is all top notch. We also have a decent amount of females that train which is nice! Training jiujitsu has not only helped me gain confidence but friends as well. Not all gyms are created equal and I highly recommend you choose Black Flag.

Could not be happier. A place for me and my family to grow while learning a skill set that will actually be useful in life, and it comes with so much more… brother/sisterhood for all members no matter the age, someone else to help teach my kids discipline and respect (which is much needed in todays world) and of course, the joy of getting/giving bruises with our teammates…. Drive from North OKC and it’s well worth the extra drive time. My son and I love the gym and coaches. I’ve trained a few places but this gym is hands down the best!
This is a great community of people. There's a play room for the kiddos too! The coaches are great with kids.
This gym is awesome and clean. Jayson is great instructor, Flynn and Hayden are as well. They have an area for kids to play, a shower, changing rooms and lots of mat apace.
Women's self defense class was great. Jayson and his staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and have a great teaching style.
Went to my 1st class every yesterday. Everyone made me feel super welcomed and I had a great time. I’m excited for my next class

They have a well built and clean facility you can tell they poured their passion into. The mats are really good quality and fun to roll on. The instructors are smart, friendly, and positive, and you can also tell they have a lot of experience teaching, because they teach in a way that you can easily learn the moves and concepts. If there's any questions or you have trouble grasping a technique they will definitely take the time to help you! Coach Jayson, his family, and staff are really good people you should take the opportunity to come learn Jiu Jitsu from!
Come join my husband and boys. We love Coach Jayson. Him and Chase will teach your kids to be successful not only in BJJ but also things to help them better succeed in school and at home. They offer a tiny kids class, big kids class, and a couple different options for adults (beginner and advanced). They have a play room also for your kids while you train.
very knowledgeable and patient staff. Jayson is very passionate about mma while also being very patient and attentive with my child . Meagan is very friendly and is always happy to help as well. overall highly recommended.
