I haven't attended the adult classes so I can't comment on those. But the kids classes are great. Dustin puts the kids' safety first, is a gentleman of the first degree, and teaches both for self defense and competition. I would hands down recommend this school for kids looking to get started in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and/or Grappling.

I love this gym. BJJ has been a great experience for me and my children. The people I roll with are like family and Dustin is an excellent instructor. My kids and I have learned so much in such a short time.

Bearclan is like a second home. Dustin is a phenomenal coach and he has created an amazing environment for Jiu-Jitsu in our area. He does incredible work teaching all ages and inspires confidence and strength in all his students. You could not ask for a better gym.

5 Stars isn't a high enough rating for the kids classes. The coaches are phenomenal with the kids. Gi and NoGi are both top notch. The school is also creating some amazing athletes that are racking up gold medals. To think a school like this is in rural Maine. Just amazing...

Wow!! Where do I start I have loved every bit of training here. I had always wanted to start learning BJJ but just never got the courage to do so, finally i committed and my only regret is I didn't start this journey sooner. The instructor Dustin and all students and peers at this school are amazing and welcoming you feel like part of they family. I love the BJJ journey and its helped me with so much in my personal life in so many different ways. People seriously stop in and give it a try!! You won't be disappointed.
