Nader & his coaches are very supportive. Whether you're into Jiu-jitsu to compete or just to better yourself, they'll support you in your journey. As a 50-year-old female who was brand new to Jiu-jitsu, I was very nervous! Nader, his coaches, and the more experienced students in the class have been nothing but supportive, patient, & helpful for this "old lady" (my term, not theirs) who doesn't have anywhere near the strength, speed, or flexibility of the younger grapplers. I'm almost 4 months into my Jiu-jitsu journey and loving it, even if I do complain the whole time during warm-ups!

They are open to visitors dropping by with a heads up and have active competitors who compete locally and across the country. Definitely, recommend.

I’ve known Head Coach Nader Tannir for years, as we served in the Army National Guard together. He is one of my closest personal friends, and I can attest that there is no coach more dedicated to the success of his students and the advancement of his sport than Nader. His teaching ability, unrivaled work ethic, personal skill at Brazilian Jujitsu, and breadth of experience as both a coach and competitor are exceptional. His staff are also professional, well-trained, excellent interpersonal communicators, and great representatives of the sport. I would trust Nader and his staff above all others with my own training!

Nader and his team are always friendly and make a positive environment with constructive feedback. Super Clean facility (they always enforce clean feet before stepping on the mat). They put out the best information and expect your best in return. Overall I wouldn’t even think about choosing another place to train.

Within the few days basilisk martial arts have been opened Stephen has been a very informative coach and works very well with everyone, this gym has been the cleanest gym I’ve been too in a long time and they have the friendliest staff I’ve met! Definitely the perfect gym to go to for Brazilian jujitsu
