As a beginner in Taekwondo, I found Atzmus to be a highly welcoming and friendly environment that promotes the growth of students with any level of skill set. Furthermore, the instructor establishes an organized set of workouts that are targeted towards improving one‘s Taekwondo skills in addition to practicing the actual moves and patterns of this art. I would strongly recommend joining Atzmus Martial Arts if you are interested in learning Taekwondo or are looking for an engaging way to break a sweat!

My family and I have been going there for 3+ years. It was a quaint, quality place then. They have put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into improving it. Atzmus continues to get better constantly.

Mr. Jose is an amazing teacher. He has mastered at teaching all ages. He is good at making students laugh and at the same time they are very disciplined. Great class with Great achievements! If your in the area I highly recommend

My granddaughter has been in taekwondo a year or a little over and she has gained Total body strength...It's a hard class with a great Instructor who pushes them to do their best ..
