I’m not one to review places unless I truly love it or hate it. I’m writing this review because my family and I love Atos Temecula! We joined the gym 9 months ago and it has been the best decision for us as a family. Our kids run the spectrum of naturally athletic to severely discoordinated and they have all thrived under the guidance of these amazing coaches and professors. I highly recommend checking out this gym. You won’t find anything else of this quality.

Fantastic place, clean, relaxed, holding the kids accountable. Mr Dexter is a true man’s man. Takes 2 minutes of conversation to know this is a great place for anyone to learn to be a better person. We live in Murrieta and he recommended a place for me to check out that’s closer. If I lived closer, I wouldn’t consider taking my son to any other place. 5 stars is most appropriate. Thank you Mr Dexter and staff.

The studio is absolutely amazing!!! I love it here my daughter who is 11 she loves it and she loves all the kids here it’s such a great place the coaches are amazing and the professor is amazing too she loves going every day!!! You should consider signing your kiddo up this is a really good Jujitsu place you experience so much they learn so much discipline and encouragement so this is a good gym to train at!!!

I have been bring my kids to Atos for a little over a year. In that time they have learned discipline, celebrating the success of others , managing their own feelings and failures, built friendships and of course, some Ji Jitsu ! It’s a great studio filled with passionate coaches and friendly parents. We would not go anywhere else ! It’s our JJ home.

Their beginner class is a great way to get into BJJ, wether having some grappling experience or none at all, the class is structured perfect so when you move on to their larger classes it’s an easy transition. Awesome people to roll with and great professors! Over all good people

I started training at Atos Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Temecula, and it's been a fantastic experience for both me and my kids. Whether you're new to BJJ or have been practicing for years, this place is great. The gym is clean, spacious, and has top-quality mats. Everything is well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to train. The coaches are amazing. They're highly skilled, including world champions, and great at teaching. They explain techniques clearly and give personal feedback to help you improve. Classes are well-organized, catering to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The atmosphere at Atos Temecula is very welcoming. Everyone, from the staff to the students, is friendly and supportive. It's easy to make friends and feel part of the team here.There are plenty of classes to choose from, whether you're a beginner or advanced. My daughter and son also train here in the kids' classes, which are fantastic. They have both beginner and advanced classes for kids, providing a fun and disciplined environment for young martial artists. Additionally, we have access to Atos Jiu-Jitsu Headquarters in San Diego, which is an incredible opportunity to train with some of the best in the world.Training at Atos has definitely improved my BJJ skills, and I've seen great progress in my kids as well. The mix of technique training and live sparring has helped all of us get better and feel more confident. Atos Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Temecula is a top-notch place to train for the whole family. With excellent facilities, skilled coaches including world champions, and a friendly community, I highly recommend it to anyone interested in BJJ. Plus, having access to the Atos Headquarters in San Diego is a huge bonus.

We love it here, coach Dexter is very friendly and patient with kids, my son went from being resistant to loving Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu very much, I really appreciate all the coaches, it's like a big family here!

All three of my kiddos go here 14 (M), 10(F) & 9(M)...they absolutely love it!! The professors and coaches are incredible, perfect balance of discipline and encouragement. I love seeing my kids mature in their Jiu Jitsu journey. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym where your kids can't wait to go.

I cannot say enough great things about this school! Atos is so much more than a jiu jitsu school. At Atos, you are treated like family. Our 6 year old is absolutely crushed if he has to miss a day. It’s his home away from home. Coach Dexter and his wife Marisol are two truly remarkable people who have created something really special. My son has developed so much in this sport and grown exponentially, but what impresses me even more is just how much he has grown as a person. He has learned discipline, respect, accountability, responsibility, and developed such a strong work ethic. The professors and coaches at this school are second to none. They are kind and loving while holding our kiddos to a high standard and helping them to develop their potential. My hubby just recently started taking the adult classes, and he has also been very impressed with the classes and the coaching he receives. Whether you are a kiddo or an adult, Atos is hands down the best jiu jitsu school in our area. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

I’ve trained at 2 other gyms before having Atos recommended to me by a friend. Instantly felt at home with smiling faces, introductions and a great positive energy. Besides the great people, the gym itself is huge with a top quality spring floor mat. It’s definitely made training easier on the body. The professor and coach’s are excellent as well. Super helpful and willing to take the extra time to give you specific details on why you need to do it that way and what will happen if you don’t. Highly recommended!!

I have trained at three gyms in two different states. I can honestly say that Fight Sports Temecula is a great place. My entire family trains here. If you are looking for a positive vibe and friendly atmosphere to explore this art with, this gym is the spot.

This is a great jiu jitsu gym with a friendly and chill vibe. It's great for beginners and experienced practitioners. Dex is a great owner that cares about it's members. Allison is an awesome teacher/athlete. It's a great combination so don't pass it up.

Look no further for a great jujitsu center right here. It’s never too late to start something. The first step was to conquer my fear of starting something new at 40 professor Allison and Dexter did a amazing job getting it right with the beginners class. The muscle, memory, and techniques that they apply in class definitely have stayed in my memory bank. So look no further these guys treat everyone like family and push you to grind at your best. The great thing about this class is the community of people from all walks that are doing the same exact thing. Fight Sports! Glad to have you here in Temecula.

This is a really great Jiu Jitsu school that’s in the best location! The academy is clean, spacious and with world class instruction of black and brown belts learning is fun and easy to understand. Schedule is very accommodating with multiple times and days of instruction from jiu jitsu, no gi, women’s classes and kids. There’s something for everyone. I love seeing the progress of my children, and seeing their confidence, and focus really improve. If your looking for a place to train with great vibes this is the place!

From the very moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a very friendly and welcoming energy. Not only the instructors are very dedicated but also the peers are willing to help as well! Everyone is willing to take their time to teach you which is great for beginners like myself :). Lots of flexibility with the class schedule. Open mat on Saturdays are great learning opportunities to learn from others as well as assess your skill. Highly recommend! Great atmosphere!

For me as a beginner to BJJ, this is the perfect place to start and to continue to learn. Everyone is very nice and welcomes you in like family. It is a very positive learning environment and the instructors do a great job at teaching you the many things BJJ includes. The instructors are always willing to answer questions whenever you have them and always motivate you to do your best. With the many positives this place has combined, it makes you want to keep coming back for more. In regards to the facility, it is very nice and clean. Lots of seating for friends/family that want to watch how class goes.

As a SOCOM veteran, I was looking for a BJJ academy for me and my 6yr old son, to round out my training goals and to introduce him to a sport that could help build his confidence and get him moving. As luck would have it, Fight Sports Club Temecula opened up down the street from my house. We’ve been at it for roughly 6 weeks now and I’m ecstatic over the results. My son has progressed far beyond my expectations and leaves every day with a sweat soaked gi, an ear to ear grin, and a new technique he wants to try on me at home. I’ve since completed the beginners course and progressed to fundamentals. The workout has been an excellent supplement to my own training goals and I’ve learned so much from the instruction. The staff, Professor Rodrigo and all of the Coaches, are great guys, incredible instructors, and are always eager to answer questions and help work repetitions. Great environment and very conveniently located in the Barons shopping center on the corner of Meadows and Rancho Cal.

I’ve been training jiu jitsu for 12 years and I just moved to this area and I tried few gyms around here but fight sports is truly elite jiu jitsu starting from the facility to the professor , I can’t recommend it enough for the people thinking about starting their jiu jitsu journey
