the level of care, support and professionalism that goes into atlantic grappling’s training and facility is above all else. Jason deeply cares about his craft and especially his members. if you’re looking to get into BJJ or are wanting to join an elite team to progress further, I highly recommend visiting Jason and the team at Atlantic.

I highly recommend Jason to anyone in need of physiotherapy care. Jason is not only professional, but he's also friendly and puts patients first. At the start of each session he listens to the concern I have regarding my back/neck, once he knows what the concerns are he will personalize his approach to best suit the treatment I require. After having back surgery a few yrs ago and dealing with pain, I became fussy with who I got for my Physiotherapy care, so being able to have someone like Jason who I trust is fantastic.

Jason is a wonderful therapist who is always honest, reasonable and approachable. His techniques with dry needling have helped tremendously with my pain when some of my nerve pain medications were failing me. Sessions with Jason are managed effectively and tailored specifically to your needs. This can include needling as well as physio work to soothe, stretch and massage trouble spots. I have found Jason’s treatments far more effective than the run of the mill sessions offered by others I have sought help from. I would never see anyone else for treatment now that I’ve found Jason and I highly recommend his services and approach to everyone.
