  They’re renting some Gi (kimono) so you don’t worry about first time get in to the door. People are really nice, very polite and friendly. Also most of people speaking foreign language (English, Portuguese, Bulgarian,Japanese etc) Definitely recommend check them out.

  I came one day to the trial class and when I finished it I automatically signed up for both kimono and nogi. Renzo, Aitana, Eibert and Jackson are the best teachers you could ask for: they know how to convey their knowledge to all students, regardless of their level of jiujitsu or physical condition. There is such a level on the Athena tatami, that even if you are looking to practice BJJ as a hobby, you will get the itch to prepare to compete too. There are no words to describe everything you learn in this academy, but I will say that it extends beyond the horizon of jiujitsu itself, they teach you to master your fears, to persevere, to give your best and maintain the discipline to achieve your goals. The physical preparation with Aster is also wonderful, it is clear that he has good knowledge of biomechanics and strives to make the sessions as fruitful as possible. I think it is an excellent combination, physical preparation + BJJ classes, because you manage your time better and make sure you are at 100% so as not to get injured and give your all on the mat. And finally, the atmosphere with your classmates is unbeatable 🫶🏻 it really feels like a family from the moment you step foot in the academy, everyone is patient and interested in helping those next door, I would say that there you can find the best people you will meet in your life, without exaggeration. You can't ask for more.

  Definitely, the best Jiu-Jitsu academy! My daughter and I practice at this academy and we couldn't be happier, thank you Renzo. The instructors are incredibly professional and patient, accommodating both adults and children. From day one, we felt at home thanks to the family and supportive environment they have created. The classes are very dynamic and we always leave learning something new. It is a place where you not only improve physically, but also grow in discipline and confidence. This academy is, without a doubt, the best option for those looking to learn Jiu-Jitsu. Highly recommended for all ages! F/N😍

  Incredible school. My daughter came in with many fears and little by little they have helped her gain more confidence in herself. We have been trusting Aitana and Renzo for two years, and thanking them for the great work they do with her. GREAT TEAM!!
