    Ascend BJJ is honestly one of the best gyms I have ever trained at. Professor Mateus and Professor Bill create an environment that is welcoming, respectful, and serious about learning. They both take the time to help every student, no matter your level, and you can tell they truly care about your progress on and off the mats. The vibe in the gym is positive and supportive, and the coaching is top tier. If you are looking for a place to train that feels like a community and pushes you to get better every day, Ascend is the spot. Highly recommend.

    5 stars are not enough for this school. Prof. Matheus and Prof. Bill provide the perfect blend of a welcoming atmosphere, and word-class instruction. They immediately make you feel at home and take their time to make sure you understand every step. The school itself if clean and inviting. Not only are the mats clean, but the locker rooms, bathrooms, and shower (!!!) to boot! So glad to be part of the Ascend family.

Also the bathrooms, locker rooms and mats are super clean!
