The teachers here are amazing! They have extensive knowledge in striking and grappling. Their approach to teaching is really one of a kind. The classes give you a good workout while learning and having fun. My kids train there as well, they also can’t get enough!

Arts martiaux AMS has a great atmosphere. The teachers are there to guide you in your training in a fun and motivating way. Both my kids and I take courses at AMS and we highly recommend trying it out!

Exceptional kickboxing class! Expert trainers, invigorating workouts, and a supportive atmosphere. From beginners to advanced, the inclusive environment motivates and challenges. Highly recommend for a dynamic fitness experience! I'll be trying the Jiu-Jitsu class next!
