Arashi-Do Martial Arts, located at 12730 St Albert Trail, Edmonton, Alberta, has proven to be an exceptional martial arts school. Our family member has been training here, and we are thoroughly impressed with the quality of the coaching staff. Notably, Coach Mike stands out for his professionalism, courteousness, and diligence in addressing any questions we have. If he doesn’t have an immediate answer, he ensures to find it promptly. The dojo is designed thoughtfully to allow parents to comfortably watch their family members train. The seating arrangements are both comfortable and convenient. The facility itself is highly professional, fully stocked with necessary supplies, and all equipment is impeccably maintained. Having transitioned from another martial arts school, our experience at Arashi-Do has been outstanding. The training our family member has received surpasses our previous experiences by a significant margin. The dojo is consistently clean and well-organized, with everything in its place. The front desk staff, especially the young woman who assists us, is exceptional in addressing any needs that arise. We hold the gym and its staff in the highest regard and are extremely pleased to be part of this community. For anyone considering training in Muay Thai, karate, or Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Arashi-Do Martial Arts is an excellent choice. Their classes are in high demand, so I recommend enrolling without delay to secure your spot. The sense of professionalism, belonging, and respect here is unparalleled. I wholeheartedly recommend Arashi-Do Martial Arts to beginners, intermediates, and advanced practitioners alike. Thank you to the entire team for providing such an outstanding environment for martial arts training.

Posted 6 months agoArashi-Do Edmonton North is a welcoming, safe, and fun place to train. Lots of classes for different schedules and accommodating to all experience levels. Although I have only been training Jiu jitsu for 3 years, I have done Martial arts my whole life and Professor Mike is one of the best teachers I have encountered in this time. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful during classes. The whole family running Arashi-Do is amazing! For anyone wanting to start training I will recommend this place again and again.
Posted 6 months agoOur experience with Arashi-Do has been incredible! The teaching is phenomenal, and my daughter has not only learned so much but has also made amazing friends. The gym is always clean and very well-run. It’s more than just training—the sense of community is outstanding. The social events like Christmas and Halloween parties add so much fun for the kids. My daughter has truly found her passion in Muay Thai, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to join Arashi-Do North!
Posted 6 months agoMy son has been going to Arashi Do North for karate since he was 7 years old. He was having trouble focusing and connecting with kids at school, and had energy to spare. It's been 3 years and he loves karate so much. Sportsmanship, resilience, and inner confidence have become a foundation for him due in large part to his time in the dojo. He's doing fantastic in school now and is better at controlling his energy. Renshi Mike, Sensei's Hanna, Nathan, and Sarah are so fantastic with the kids. Annie at the front desk is amazing as well. A great community of people run this place. They are encouraging, fun, kind, and no-nonsense in a straightforward way. They really inspire these kids with their own positive attitudes, accomplishments, and skills.
