Great friendly GYM! Trainers are very patient with my teen and tween! They've learnt a lot in their time at APEX.

Was visiting for a holiday and the team was so welcomimg (and challenging!). Really good technique we did live technique rather then just drilling which I loved. Best thing is the place is spotless! Super clean gym - and if you did any amount of bjj you know how important it is. Highly recommended.

Apex MMA Brookvale is hands-down one of the best martial arts gyms in Sydney. Whether you're looking to dive into MMA, sharpen your NoGi grappling skills, or master the striking fundamentals of Muay Thai, this gym has it all. The coaches are passionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive—creating an environment that challenges adults while also nurturing kids. If you're in the Northern Beaches and keen to train in MMA, NoGi, or Muay Thai—whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned fighter—Apex is the place to be.
