Have been training here for 8 years with a few breaks but simply couldn't stay away. Here you can train so much and there are so many instructors that you never get bored. I get everything I want, whether it's technique, fighting, conditioning, flexibility, even meditation, and no matter how I feel when I show up, I just feel really good in my body and head afterwards. The only thing that is a shame is that there are not more training opportunities per week.

Amager's nicest sports association? Yes! If you ask me anyway. I have been training at the club for 2 years and I can only say that I am a huge fan. The training is based on traditional Chinese kung-fu with animal techniques, but with detours into combat, self-defense and a whole lot of other things. It is always exciting, fun and educational to come to training, and the instructors help and motivate you to constantly improve. If you want to do something with your body that is as fun as it is challenging and at the same time meet a lot of nice people, then this is the place. ☯️

This place is nothing short of special. I have now trained here at the club for 9 years and I must honestly say that better training, togetherness and togetherness, you have to look for a long time. The club explores and teaches a lot of different kung fu, so coming to training will never be boring. From great animal styles and impressive kicks, to effective self-defense and agility, this club has an incredible amount to offer. But the club's most important quality is the unity and openness that is the club's core. There is room for everyone, regardless of previous experience or physical condition, and everyone is part of a fantastic community. The club is quite special

Only have good things to say. Nice people, good training and we who are new are taken into account. But don't take my word for good products, come by and try there are 2 free trial hours.

Now you have to hear, this place is simply a super cool place, and a great break from the week, competent instructors and a sifu who knows what he's talking about... everyone is welcome and training is adapted to your level. Happy to go there and will continue to do so :-)
