Happy to sing their praises. I enrolled my son on a trial basis for basic self defense and was thrilled with the results. Instructors are firm& friendly while the other students were engaging and encouraging. It's a bit of a drive but it's the closest business that offers such wonderful skills and techniques. Highly recommend.

I love training here! When i walked through the doors two years ago, I was not sure what to expect. in the two years i have been training, i have become more confident in myself, and that has helped me in my professional life as well as my personal life. I cant thank the Bruno's enough!

This is a great place to learn an aggressive self defense method while feeling comfortable with yourself and your fellow attendees. The Bruno's are excellent instructors as well as just really great people!

I've been taking Krav Maga for over a year now and never felt so good or confident. This is the place to be, my children have been watching me for a quite a while now and they are starting to mirror my behavior, habits ... it's priceless the knowledge and experience Vanguard Self Defense/Krav Maga offers.
