This is the best place to train BJJ ever! I’ve only been doing it for around 10 months and it feels like a family already! This is the place that makes you keep coming back for more!

This gym was the best thing that could’ve happened to my husband and I. We didn’t have much experience leading into BJJ, and we spent a few years here. I couldn’t be happier we had found this place. We were devastated to leave. We can’t wait to come back someday.

Great Dojo to train at! Love the way the coach and staff are welcoming and make sure you get the techniques right and are patient with you. I love the fact that they also have many options in terms of classes, and they do rolling, which is very integral to BJJ! The owner, Derek, is a pretty laid-back guy and will treat you right. I can't recommend this place enough!

I was invited here, took advantage of my free week, and I'm hooked. I have learned a great deal in such a short time, and have met some incredible like minded people who care about mostly the same things I do. The art and techniques and technical aspects give me plenty to work on after each session. The hours work great with my busy schedule. Thanks!

As you can see from the other reviews this place is a second family for a lot of us. Not only are the instructors great at what they do but the other people who train here tend to be down to earth and really care about helping each other improving. If you are looking for a legit bjj gym this is the one for you. It’s not some McDojo and the competition record of most the gym goers proves it. Can’t recommend it enough it’ll change your life for the better!

The reason I recommend this martial arts academy is mainly the elements it provides for the children and average teenagers who need that direction and understanding of discipline, dedication, determination, and drive. I believe this kind of training develops a persons character in life as well, especially in this society we live in this generation. I have no complaints here , the staff is friendly , awesome , and very approachable. So yes I recommend. Amen & GodSpeed

I have trained and competeting in Germany, Texas and Alaska. The trainers in this acadamy have experience and work more torwds the individuals skill level. They don’t simply place you in a group and tell you to go at it. Skills are trained through precision and transition there, not brute force like you find in other schools. I enjoy the willingness of students to help those above and below there perspective belt levels. They don’t solely work with just others of there perspective levels. One of the biggest issues Ive seen in past schools I’ve attended is white belts only train with the instructor and other white belt. Ive seen multiple belts train the lower ranking students to better assist them in the style they want to learn if its the half guard, full Garuda or less dominating position. Schools like this are hard to come by, I recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to start out. So I’m not very computer smart and I don’t know how to change out my profile name. This post is not from Frot Sill. My location was just pulled and it created my review name from that I’m guessing.

Highly recommended place to train! Instructors are highly motivated and well trained. Study here if you truly love the art and wish to expand your own knowledge. Great place for starting your kids on the path as well; Instructors understand the need this entails and will take personal time to ensure proper techniques are learned before moving on.

Great place to train! The owner was approachable and courteous from the moment I step through the door my first day. Very family oriented establishment; the additional coaches and students accepted my son and I immediately. This establishment is like our second home. Show up and give this place a shot you will enjoy it here and most of all you will learn new techniques and fine tune the basics.
