We were looking for a place for my boys to train while we were in Centerton for the week. We looked into Alliance after seeing one of their students perform well at a recent tournament. I called and they said to come on in. Maritza was super nice over the phone and even nicer in person. The staff was great and the kids were friendly. We will definitely be making this our gym whenever we are up this way.
My 6-year-old son, Casey, has been taking Jiu-Jitsu classes at this academy, and he absolutely loves it. Casey has always had a hard time paying attention and focusing, and he is also quite shy. However, Professor Juan Guerrero works exceptionally well with him. Professor Guerrero's patience and engaging teaching style have helped Casey channel his energy positively. We've noticed remarkable improvements in his attention, focus, confidence, and overall behavior. All the other staff at the academy are also very good at what they do, and friendly, and the facility is always clean. The classes are also affordable, making it an excellent choice for us. Casey looks forward to every session, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.
Edit: Recently, Casey had the opportunity to train during the 11 am schedule with another professor, Guilherme Augusto. Professor Augusto, despite actively competing in championships, humbly dedicates his time to teaching kids in Northwest Arkansas. He is amazing with Casey, and his expertise and approachability make a significant difference. We're incredibly grateful for the positive influence both professors have had on Casey.
Just started training BJJ. The gym is great, there is world class instruction and an incredibly encouraging team atmosphere.
Bonus: they take safety seriously which means the warm ups are effective and they are happy to slow a drill down to explain the mechanics.

Here you are family! Classes for kid, beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels provide opportunities for practitioners of every level. Professor Guilherme Augusto is ranked Internationally and the quality of his instruction reflects his experience. The facilities are top notch with lockers, showers, sauna and more. The gym climate truly reflects the time and energy taken to provide for those who train there.
One of the hidden gems of NWA. I moved here in February 2023 and have been shocked at the high level Brazilian Jui Jitsu located in Cave Springs. As a competitor finding a good school was essential for me to relocate. Well I found that and so much more.
First, Quality instruction and curriculum that progresses throughout the week. The head professor Gui Augusto is a world class athlete and is super friendly and welcoming. I’ve trained at a few schools and under several coaches and I can say honestly he tops them all. He presents techniques in ways and does an amazing job of taking the time to individually work through problems student are having with techniques.
They recently opened a brand new facility that is incredible. The mats are SUPER clean and sanitized regularly. Brand new men’s and women’s locker rooms with all the amenities! Showers, ice bath, and saunas located in both locker rooms is mind blowing.
The best part about Alliance is the atmosphere. Not many egos around and that allows for high quality training without risk of injury. I’ve been really impressed with how safe training and classes have gone since I started.

Best place to train in northwest Arkansas by far. Gui is worldclass, the community is very supportive, and it feels like family when I walk in the door. The new location is awesome. It is now a fun place to hang out and is more than a gym. It’s like a community center for jiu jitsu. If you are thinking about dropping by or starting training, Alliance NWA is your gym.

Great place to train. I’m new to BJJ and the Alliance team has been inviting, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would recommend anyone who is interested in the sport give this place a try.
I started training at Alliance Jiu-Jitsu of NWA a year ago. It has been one of the best decisions if my life. Great facility, environment and people. It has become a second home and family.
They offer a very accommodating class schedule with morning, mid-day, and evening classes. All supervised by world class professor Guilherme Augusto!
Alliance NWA is a great place to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The instruction is excellent for all beginners and advanced students. They offer morning and evening classes which give students the flexibility to train at their convenience.
6 AM class…myself and 5 other people waited for 30 minutes for them to no show. No response after several phone calls, no response on social media. Just a no show. Drove 45 minutes to be there for that class. They just Decided to not open. I can’t give money to a business like that. Never again. Go somewhere else.
