1 week free trial! Best gym in the whole IE Son been training for 6 months competed in 2 competitions and brought home championship belt and 2 medals!
I trained here in highschool for their kickboxing classes and I absolutely loved it ! Everyone treated me with so much respect and kindness, and I learned so much on self defense plus enjoyed a great workout before training. Coach Franklin is a family man, and I got really close with him and his family during my time there. If you’re choosing a gym to train at, this is most definitely the one!
Our family couldn’t be happier with this gym. To start off they give you a free week to train with the classes. This works out perfect for yourself and even more so for your kids. You can find out if this is something your kiddos enjoy and want to learn. The coaches are all so experienced, passionate, friendly and patient with the children and adults alike that you will sign up before the free week even ends. I can’t say enough great things about atmosphere created and knowledge the coaches bring each and every day to class. I’ll attach a picture of the weekly schedule so you can see all the dates and times of classes. To top it all off is the more than reasonable monthly price for all this gym offers.
I would highly recommend this place, all coaches are hands on, willing and passionate on teaching their classes. No one makes you feel like they’re better than you. Feels like a big family, a home away from home. It’s also showing my kids discipline.
My nephew has been coming to this gym for a couple of months now. The Coaches are awesome and are on top of the kiddos. Meaning not only do they teach them as a group BUT also give them one on one attention. Definitely a self esteem and defense booster for my nephew
This place is amazing. I went on a free week trail loved it. The only thing that stopped me from signing up is my work schedule.
I've had the pleasure to be around the husband and wife owners they are both professional in this business, a pleasure to be around. I lost 25 lbs. At this gym (in 4 months)
I go here for Brazilian jiu jitsu and kickboxing. The grappling instruction by Franklin Aguirre is some of the best I’ve experienced (and I’ve trained all over the world). The man is a wizard with a laboratory of techniques that I’ve never seen before. Jay is the kickboxing coach and his attention to detail and ability to tailor his instruction to each person’s needs is second to none. All in all, this is an awesome gym. I recommend it to anyone who is looking to study martial arts and get in shape.
Great attention to each athletes performance, allways teaching new ways to improve on your art! Coach Franklin and Jay are awesome, dangerous and caring coaches 💯 just what you need
Very professionals, real training, affordable
Nice gym and friendly vibe... first time visited did kickboxing class coach jay and people that trained there felt like down to earth people
Coach Franklin is the best. I’ve trained at other gyms, and they don’t compare to AFS. Coaches are also great with kids, my son loves it.
Excellent work out, very good for me and my son.
Great place to train, everyone is friendly and helpful. I'm so grateful I signed up for the BJJ Class here!
This place is amazing. I'm very thankful and glad I stepped into this gym. The coaches are great and so is everyone that trains here. Definitely come check this place out if you want to get in shape, learn some discipline, self defense or compete!!
I have gone here for almost 4 years. It is a great workout and the community here is awesome. Everyone is friends and get together so well. The coaches teach so well and help you out if you need anything. They have many classes that usually fit to most schedules. This place only gets better with more people to train with. Definitely come check the gym out, its an awesome experience and environment. If you are possibly thinking about fighting or even just looking to have experience this is the right place. Everyone here is so motivated to only get better. A lot of people who never thought would compete, like myself, are now competing in the sport. This place is my lifestyle now and I love it.

My son trains there and has been a member for 2+ years and has really enjoyed it .
Franklin is the best trainer in the I.E. hands down. I've been training with him for a while and he seems to know what you're going to do before you do it. He is very friendly and professional. He assesses your skills and trains you to progress to the next level for whatever level you're at.it's not just a great gym, its the trainers that make this place stand head and shoulder above the competition. You will never be sorry you trained at this gym I promise

Come on by and gain all the Confidence in the World
Aguirre fighting system is an awesome place to train. Come in and check out what they have for you . They have something for everyone. Afs is on the cutting edge of BJJ, Sambo, and Carch as can Catch wrestling.
Great gym to go train MMA and get in shape. They have olympic mats to grapple and train Jiu Jitsu, a full size boxing ring, every piece of weights equipment, and cardio equipment. I've been training with Coach Aguirre for over a year and everyday I still learn something new from him. There are multiple classes throughout the day including kickboxing, MMA, and my favorite Jiu Jitsu. At first the place looked intimidating, especially when I saw the pro fighters train, but once I started training, making friends and learning moves, I became addicted. I just wanted to get in shape and try something new but now its part of my lifestyle. 5 Stars Review.
Free one-week trial offered here. I enjoyed training BJJ here. One of the cheaper gyms around! Good variety of classes, and the only gym I've seen locally with Sambo classes.
