Absolutely amazing school the owners are super amazing and friendly The community is amazing and they’re pretty awesome. Even as a beginner i didn’t feel any pressure or overwhelmed which was great. The prices are fair and for they offer is an excellent deal honestly. I also noticed that the facilities are super super clean. I will definitely be signing up soon. Edit: Ive been enrolled for some time and honestly shawn has been extremely patient and does an extraordinary job at breaking down the different techniques, and teaching is the basic fundamentals of bjj.

Amazing gym! Hands down the best value for money I’ve ever gotten from any gym. Not only are the workouts effective and well thought-out but you also feel like you’re learning something new every class! Great vibes, knowledgeable teachers, workouts fit for all levels and just all around fun!

I have been training here for over 3 years and absolutely adore it. The coaches are attentive, fun and insightful. Classes are tailored to all different levels. The community is kind, supportive and welcoming. Perfect place to get a sweat on. Highly recommend!
