Is it too late to fight mma at age 34.my street fighting mixed with my high school wrestling would put on a fuccin show.
This place is amazing. It has several combat sports: Judo, Bjj, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, MMA. I have been fortunate to get lessons from Dr. Nestor Alonso Frutos in boxing. I also came over from another studio and Sensei Jesse Duran and Gilbert Alonso have been welcoming when I joined their judo classes. All the students are welcoming and everyone has a good vibe. The entire staff is awesome; my son absolutely loves going here. Fernando Alamilla and Alfredo Barrera have been working with my son and I have seen a big improvement in his skills and mindset. I would recommend this place to all ages and genders.
Have been taking boxing classes for 3 weeks , and love the workout and training. Coach Nestor is outstanding!

We definitely love this place ! My boys absolutely love coming ! Its something they actually look forward too everyday ! The coaches as well as everyone in the front are super friendly . I love the way the coaches train the kids .! It feels so welcoming ! The whole place is clean & the bathrooms are perfection!! Extremely professional and helpful from the very start. They were incredibly patient with explaining the contracts and the Muay Thai trainer was equally as approachable and helpful. Definitely recommend.
Just signed my teenager up for Muay Thai. My son really enjoyed the free trial class. Facility was clean and organized. Staff is super friendly and professional.

I love my boxing class. It’s perfect for me. I’m a mom and I am able to bring my son and the time is perfect. I work out 3 times out of the week. The coaches are great. They are patience and willing to teach you proper technique.I have been coming over a year and I will continue to come. I would recommend for anyone that likes to have a good workout. Especially to all the busy moms and dads.

Very friendly staff with lots of experience. My 9 year old son loves attending the Judo class. There is usually two instructors working with a small group of kids. Great family friendly facility.

This MMA gym is great, I went for information, it includes a long talk about all the classes and a tour of the entire establishment. Great variety of equipment and very friendly staff.

Adrenaline MMA is an amazing gym! My son started a year ago & everyone has been nothing but supportive. The kids all love each other, love to learn & the all the coaches are knowledgeable, patient & friendly. The front staff are very organized & eager to help with any questions or concerns. This gym is a great place to learn marital arts. They have a variety of classes to choose from like boxing, muay thai, mma, jujitsu. The coaches are amazing and have experience in the martial arts they are teaching. At this gym you are always learning how to improve your form and the reasons why for training. It is intimidating to join a boxing gym, I was nervous in the beginning, but everyone was so friendly and I have mo regrets on joining. It was also a nice break from the normal gym.

El ambiente que tiene los coaches es súper entretenido y en especial los coaches de boxeo sin duda alguna un gimnasio recomendado 10-10. Nunca vía visto un gimnasio tan buena calidad como este gimnasio en San Bernardino sin duda alguna el mejor de todo San Bernardino.

Elite gym, best coaches out there for everything mma, bjj/grappling, Muay Thai/kick boxing, boxing they have it all. Whether you just want to train as a hobby or try to go pro this is the gym for you. My wife just trains for fun and can do so safely here, and I like train/spar hard and am able to do that here as well. Not only are the coaches and staff the best, but all the fighters and everyone else who trains here are cool too. Made a lot of good friends in just my first year training here.
Outstanding facility, friendly front desk and the owner is very welcoming. Coaching staff is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable from my experience.
Great place for your kids to get into the sport. I have both my young daughters start out both wrestling and jujitsu here. Even without any experience, they felt welcomed and learned at a comfortable pace. Staff here are great and helpful. My girls love coming to class and staying afterwards to hang out with the friends they made here.

I have been going to this gym for the last three years, and I have to say that it has changed my life. I have found a new passion for martial arts and fitness. The staff and fellow adrenaline junkies feel like a big family. I plan on continuing my journey and learning here for a long time to come.
They are a great gym. I heard they recently moved. Unfortunately I moved out of the area. I did MMA and Jiu Jitu and the coaches were excellent and showed you step by step how to do the moves. I love Jiu Jitsu and will continue to do it.
Excellent MMA and Fitness premier training location. If you wanna be a fighter or learn to defend yourself this is the place to be in San Bernadino!

They should teach the young lady who answers the phone better communication skills and customer service. Her tone was so indifferent and standoffish that it was uncomfortable being on the phone with her and she made me feel unwelcomed. I would recommend going somewhere else that actually want people at their gym

This is the worst gym ever. Nothing against the instructors but the staff is horrible. I had a month to month contract and I was unable to attend classes due to personal circumstances. I did not know where to find their email because their website does not list it, so I tried calling all possible numbers and leaving messages, even filling out another inquiry. They never called me or emailed me about the monthly dues. Since I was month to month and they stopped charging my card, I assumed they canceled the membership. I received a bill for almost $800 not even from Adrenaline, but a 3rd party. Mind you, this is the ONE AND ONLY notification I received from them. I understand paying off the equipment but I am positive they are not over $250. I am going through a financial hardship and have mental issues. This stress is causing my mental issues to spike without control. I am worried about having mental emergencies and start going to the hospital over this emotional distress.
They make you sign up for the whole year and when you try to cancel you have to pay for half a year over $500 JUST TO LEAVE SAVE YOUR MONEY
Very unorganized and not a good enviorment for the youth
