My son has been at Absolute for over 2 years and loves coming to every class! My son attended Absolute Taekwondo since He was in daycare. He was under Master Chris leadership for close to 9 years. Now my son is 12 years old. He no longer goes because now Soccer took over our lives, but I miss him being a student at Absolute Taekwondo. Master Chris and all staff were great with my son. They motivated all the students to try harder. It was always encouraging and it always served as a way to motivate them. My son excellent foundation in sports all goes back to Taekwondo and the lessons that learned along the way. It was amazing to see him go to second degree black belt. I wished to see him go further. I constantly ask him if he wants to return at least to attend one day a week. I am praying that He one day goes back. Master Chris has a great leadership team in which the students can join. I think this was a great way for our students to give back to the younger ones and gain even better leadership skills. Absolute Taekwondo will always be part of our family. I wish Master Chris and Absolute Taekwondo great success. Highly recommended for children of all ages!

My daughter has been attending Absolute for a few years now and loves coming for Taekwondo instruction. The masters and instructors hold the children to a standard, but are not overly aggressive. Great facility with excellent instructors who are very good with the kids. Master Chris does a really great job! It’s a big, clean facility and whenever you go to watch class it’s very energetic between the instructors energy, kids energy and the music. They offer very flexible schedules which is a huge help. Absolute has been phenomenal for my child. Each of the Masters present and all of the instructors are great with kids: being patient, understanding, and making sure everyone gets the moves and combinations down. After the hit of Covid my daughter was very discouraged to become active again in sports. I took a shot and signed her up at Master Chris’ Absolute TKD and she loved it from the start. She was 11 at the time so she started out in the kids class where I was very impressed with Master Chris’ ability to skillfully instruct young students with the appropriate level of discipline and keep the kids engaged. He also made it fun! My daughter soon moved up to the teen class as it was a better fit for her size and age. Since the transition, her skill level has soared! With additional instruction from Master Mike and Instructor Jeff, each class is very well organized with a specific work-out and skilled instruction plan. It pushes the students to their limits and challenges them to reach their full potential. It has now been a year and a half and my daughter has gained a level of skills and confidence necessary to defend herself in a harmful situation and this is something she can use for a lifetime!! Highly recommend!!!
My son has been coming to absolute tae kwon do for almost a year and half. We were coming from another much loved facility and were very unsure. Well I must say we are so happy. We were so welcome and the transition was so easy for my son. Master Chris, Master Mike and instructor Jeff are just awesome teachers and roll models.

Master Chris and his Team are great my son has been coming here once COVID started lifting restrictions and I can’t be more pleased. My son loves TKO! he is more focused and confident since starting this program, his motivation to get the next belt pushes him to be better every class. Master Chris is a great instructor. He has taught my nephew and brother in law in the past. When my daughter became interested in taking classes, I lucked out as his school was next to my house. She is now a purple belt and still going. I would recommend this school to anyone. My daughter has gained confidence and is not shy since starting here.

A few months ago I was grabbing lunch next door to Absolute Taekwondo and saw a sign. Literally. I had recently been talking about learning Krav Maga for a few years, but was having trouble finding a reputable school in the area. I gave it a shot, and I'm so glad I did. The classes are physically tough, but train you to be exhausted as you would be in any fight. The self defense skills are invaluable, and Master Chris does a great job at making sure we're prepared to get home safe if we ever need to apply these skills.
If you ever trained in the past and want to get back into it, but you're hesitant. Maybe you don't know what will be a good fit or you don't want a formal setting with forms and belt tests. If you're looking for a great workout and want to work on self defense skills which are so much more than basic self defense. You owe it to yourself to look into Alfa Krav Maga. I've trained with different instructors and Master Chris ranks up there with the best of them. He takes a true interest in his students and keeps his classes fresh and informative. So do yourself a favor check it out. You won't be disappointed.
My son has been training TKD for almost a year, and I have been training Krav Maga since December. I cant say enough about Master Chris. He has the patience to handle a room full of crazy 5-6 year olds. He keeps them focused, working hard, and always coming away with a smile on their faces. I have seen so much improvement in my son's development both mentally and physically. At the same time he has the ability to completely switch to the intense, fast paced training that Krav Maga requires. Combining, conditioning, striking, and self defense allows for a curriculum that truly prepares you for anything.
