  Women's self defense classes are really hands on and very affordable. They are very sweet and patient. While they are teaching, they explain everything they are doing and show you how to do it at the same time. Highly recommend, can't wait to go to the next class!

  Was in town for the weekend visiting family and wanted to train. Found 712 Training Center online and went to an open mat on Friday from 530 to 730. We finally stopped at 830!! Great place to train, ego-free environment. Tom has a great place going here! Can't wait to stop by again!

  I had a great experience with the instructions and training about self defense. I had never done it. I gained a great amount of confidence. The training instructors were very friendly and patient the entire time! Overall, I had a great experience and definitely recommend trying it.

  712 Training Center has a great kid friendly environment. The coaches there are very passionate about what they do. It’s a fantastic place would highly recommend checking it out.

  Very friendly instructors, and a kid friendly atmosphere. Would recommend anyone wanting to check it out to do so. First week of classes is free!
