  By far the best gym to train at in all of Western Oklahoma! Great training partners and atmosphere. Professor Aaron is super knowledgeable and good at breaking stuff down. Higher belts are good about helping lower belts. Guaranteed solid rolls and drilling every time.

  I began training jiu jitsu at 5eighty in July, 2021 and haven’t looked back since. Great atmosphere where it’s easy to learn and grow together. Professor Aaron is top notch and is passionate about spreading his vast knowledge. Solid rolls with training partners who leave their egos at the door.
