Dropped in for a Kickboxing class and really enjoyed my time. I was very happy with the attention to detail in the technical aspect of the class and also very captivated by the intensity of the training. If I was closer to this gym I would definitely consider signing up!

3D is a great gym. Clean, great atmosphere, welcoming, great training partners, and outstanding coaching from Dennis. The beginner/fundamentals class is great for anyone looking to check out the art. The advance classes are fire with great people to train with.

I began training at 3D about 7 months ago and highly recommend the program to anyone looking for a legit gym in the burbs. Dennis Dombrow takes the extra time to make sure techniques are perfected before moving onto the next. He will even stop and correct what needs to be corrected on an individual basis because of how much he cares about his student's progress. I've experienced a great deal of personal growth since starting my training, competed in my first tournament and I'm looking forward to my next tournament this coming Saturday April 23rd. I highly recommend checking it out if you've been wondering which BJJ gym to choose. Awesome culture overall.

My son has been training at 3D for four months and I'm so happy with his results. He is a non-athletic early teen who was bullied for many years and was very nervous about joining something completely out of his comfort zone. He struggles with low self-esteem and I have seen such an improvement in his self confidence, since joining. He loves going to classes and says Coach Dennis is the best and makes him feel very confident to try new things. Thank you Dennis and team for all of your amazing work. You do more for these kids than I think you'll ever know. <3

Friendly and welcoming community. Most importantly, excellent coaching and a whole lot of experience to learn from. As someone new to the practice, could not have picked a better place to start.

Our 5 year old son has been training at 3D MMA with Coach Dennis and it has been a wonderful experience for him. We've noticeably observed the difference in way he behaves since the day he started to now and it's been positive all around. Coach Dennis is truly amazing at what he does and he finds the right balance when training kids at this age. I'd highly recommend checking them out!

I truly can’t say enough great things about this place. Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought that some little martial arts gym tucked away in the back corner of a strip mall would ever offer such a high level experience. The knowledge that the instructors have and provide the students is top notch and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to train here. The environment and group of people are so welcoming and just overall great people, and truly makes the experience that much better. The man I am today since joining the gym is better than the man I was before I got here and I am forever grateful that I walked through those doors and took that first class.

I have been training at 3D Martial Arts for a few months and absolutely love jiu jitsu and the environment at this gym. Dennis is the real deal and trains his students expertly, with both precision and compassion. As a new guy to jiu jitsu Dennis coached me on all the essentials and helped me feel comfortable getting started. When I make mistakes he tells me what I did, when I ask why he answers with details and examples, and when I grow he celebrates with me. I think this is reflected in the other members as well - everyone is kind, eager to share notes and ideas, and infectiously passionate. If you are curious about jiu jitsu this is a great place to start. If you’re experienced with it, this is the perfect place to extend your journey. Hope to see you on the mat.

I’ve trained at a few gyms in my short time in BJJ. When I moved from Grand Rapids I thought for sure I’d never find a gym I loved as much as my original... but I was wrong. After the first session I knew I wanted to train here and after a week it felt like home. The instruction is top notch and the environment is incredibly welcoming. No matter your reasons for training jiu jitsu, this is the place to do it.

Being a newcomer, I was really nervous about starting, but Dennis made it so easy to feel welcomed and confident in myself while learning Jiu Jitsu. The class is wonderful, other people who are in the class are great and the Dojo is very clean. Really happy with my choice in starting here, you won't feel rushed or uncomfortable with anything you do!

I have wanted to do martial arts for years, but have always been too scared or intimidated to step into a dojo. On a whim, I found 3D Martial Arts online and inquired about the free trial they offer. I was still nervous, but forced myself to show up no matter what. I ended up having the most fun I have had in a long time and got in an incredible workout from all of the drills. Everyone there was incredibly welcoming and Dennis, the owner, made me feel right at home. Dennis explains every technique very well, is encouraging, and made sure I was able to participate at my own pace even as a beginner. Once class was over, it took no convincing to get me to sign up. I am planning to be here as long as I live in the area and look forward to learning more. This is a wonderful place and provides a great environment to learn in. If you are like me and the idea of learning a skill like this is intimidating, then this is the place for you. You will feel at ease once you arrive, and like me, you will be wishing you would have done this sooner.

It’s rare for me to be so extremely happy with something. Denis literally changed my life for good. My son and I enjoy every lesson and can’t wait to go in the dojo. If you’re considering BJJ this is the best place in the world.
