One of the best schools I’ve ever had the opportunity to train at. The update to the mats, and the new warmup mat makes this place come alive. The professors are all competitors teaching a well rounded effective BJJ game.

Coach Allen had invited me to an open mat. I had a wonderful experience. There are many upper belts to learn from and everybody was very welcoming. People were willing to work with you and teach you. The gym itself was very spacious and clean. The open mat was on Sunday at 11 o’clock to 1 o’clock. I ended up getting a phenomenal workout and learned a lot. If you are in the McKinney area, I would highly recommend you go and check out this gym and consider signing up.

After moving back to the area this year I was looking for a place to train. After training for a few years I knew what kind of gym I was looking for. I tried other gyms in the area and 3 Embers is by far is the best one that I found. My 12 year old son and I both train here and love it. Its clean and a great family friendly environment. The team has been very welcoming to us. From the multiple class times and variety of Black Belt on the mats, I highly recommended 3 Embers.

As regular open mat visitors, we’re always impressed by the welcoming atmosphere at this gym. The instructors and students are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel like part of the team every time we step on the mats. The training partners are skilled, respectful, and always up for a good roll, which makes every visit a great experience. Whether you’re just passing through or looking for a place to train, this gym is a fantastic choice for anyone in the BJJ community!

Great place to learn Jiu Jitsu. The professors are extremely skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. The professors not only instruct but roll with the students and compete regularly, which is a huge plus. The schedule works great for all schedules, even police and fire personnel.
