I scheduled a trial session here for Jiu Jitsu. I had a blast! Ben Saunders is friendly and very knowledgable. I plan on signing up because of my visit with them. They even had a feet cleaning station. A+
Stopped by one day for an open mat. Space is nice and clean. There wasn’t many ladies but the guys I met were cool and I had a good time. I would definitely return for another open mat in the future.
Muay Thai classes are awesome! World Class instruction and Great Training partners of all levels.

I’m 4 months into joining and love every minute I’m there. Ben is an excellent teacher and person that clearly cares about the development and safety of his students. I have nothing but positive things to say about every class whether bjj or muay thai.
Today, I dropped by to see what this place what about. I was not disappointed. The instruction I witnessed was sound no-gi jiu-jitsu, there was a great vibe amongst the students, & the instructor acknowledged me as soon as he could. It's definitely all about the training with no bs. If you are in the Altamonte Springs, FL this place is a must visit for all mma / bjj enthusiasts alike!

I started training here since I recently moved to the area. I’ve trained BJJ previously for a couple years before coming to 10P Orlando. I am extremely happy with my decision to train at this gym, and I HIGHLY recommend it. The community is super welcoming and fun to be around. The instruction is world class and ran by a UFC vet, with expert knowledge and credentials.
