I visited 10th Planet Georgetown, Texas (60 minutes away from my home not a student) right after Christmas and wasn't disappointed. Manny Chavez was a fantastic coach and has created from what I felt was an amazingly welcoming environment. I will definitely be stopping by again.

Manny is an incredible coach, leader, and teacher. He’s patient and never makes you feel bad for asking a question. I have been apart of other gyms, but there is no ego here. All the guys are trying to learn , grow and help each other along the way. Couldn’t ask for a better culture. I have two kids (7&6) that started a few months ago in the kids class and I honestly didn’t know how they would do…They ask to go to jitz every day now. It’s rare to have the owner of the gym teach the kids classes as well! If you’re looking for a gym look no further.

If you want your kid/s to train with the best I would highly recommend them coming over to 10th Planet Georgetown. The kids program is by far the best in the area. We had our son at another local gym and we were not impressed with the lack of coaches and the not so friendly environment and staff. If you want your kids to receive the best training, make lifelong friends, and build up their confidence, give 10th Planet a try! We absolutely love this gym and the coaches!

I’ve been training with Manny for the past 4 years and 3 of those he has been my instructor. His knowledge of the 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu system, vision of the future of Jiu Jitsu, along with the genuine care for his students, is what kept me a loyal student.

Coach Manny and the rest of the community at this gym have helped me through tough times, helped me find direction in life, and constantly remind me how grateful I am that I started training with these guys. I took second place at my first tournament thanks to the 10th Planet system that Manny is passing on with high levels of detail, and I will definitely be getting several more medals with this team all the way to black belt. The technique and competition classes are always great, but the welcoming group of people sets this gym apart 😎

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just come in and give it a shot! This place has awesome Jiu Jitsu and even better people. Whether you're a newbie or looking to level up your no-gi game, everyone is welcome here. Manny, the coach, is incredible and genuinely cares about his students' growth. He trained under Eddie Bravo himself and his lockdown game is world-class. Seriously, LOOK INTO IT!

This place is amazing. The environment here is welcoming to anyone that is willing to learn and better themselves. Coach Manny gives excellent instruction for people of all skill levels and age groups, including the best kids jiu Jitsu program in central Texas. I could not ask for a better place to train.

Friendly atmosphere! Very welcoming! Super diverse group of people with a common goal, training and learning together. Also if you don’t know Manny, he’s the 🐐who was trained directly by the great Eddie Bravo. He’s a wealth of knowledge and trains true to the 10P system.
