I have been training with Martin for 15years, absolute privilege to learn from a coach with decades of martial arts & fitness experience. If you are looking for a new challenge, self defence training or just to improve your fitness I can’t recommend Martin highly enough.

Both my kids Boy,5 and Girl, 8 love this class it makes them feel empowered and strong without feeling violent.
