  I enjoyed my time with the club. It was intense and tough but it paid off. When I joined I had zero flexibility and could barely carry my own body weight. After six months, I was down two dress sizes, well on my way to perfecting a split and could jog round the stadium at a decent pace. Shifu John emphasises a balance of fitness, core strength and Wing Chun martial arts style that creates an all-round system.
