  Boxing time of morning is 6 AM and of evening is 6 PM. Martial Arts at evening is from 7 PM to 8 PM. Jim opens at 6AM TO 12PM. Ladies jim timing is from 9AM to 10AM. and 12 to 5PM. The three months charges is 6000. (including jim and boxing/martial arts). This is a good jim with helpful classes. If you are doing nothing then come here. There equipments are quite good....👍

  I’m so grateful for VCL and the opportunity they have provided for my teenage son. From day 1 they gave him one on one training and coaching for kickboxing and physical fitness at a very reasonable rate. The staff treats gym members like family - truly amazing support!

  Gym is good but they have a very worst bodybuilding fitness trainer, that person will literally bite you if u ask for assistance, i was recovering muscle spasm and i did mentioned him i need little attention. The first demo class was very good but the very next day it was all upside down. I bought 3 months plan but i was there for almost for a month!

  I would have given 5 star for excellent facility but trainer bhai with due respect was rude and unprofessional. Been there in 2015 for couple of months. Highly recommended though.
