Received a really warm welcome on my 1st day of open mat here. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Coaching staff are knowledgeable and if you keen to start or continue a career in fighting or if you just into general fitness and self defences this is a place for you.

Great self discipline and awareness to self defence and a whole lot more from starter classes to that of the more experienced or simply if you wish to look into taking up a great form of exercising to enhance your personal experience or simply to exercise to reach goals. All ages are welcome and it's just such a great new experience for kids and simply just a complete load of FUN. Everyone should give Valhalla MMA a try at least as you are definitely going to want to come back.

I would highly recommend Valhalla for anyone wanting to pursue the martial arts. Top quality coaches and an amazing community of people. For people of all ages, and an especially great place for women and children.
