  My favourite gym I visited while travelling around Europe the last couple of weeks. The facilities are excellent, great mat space, plenty of showers. The coaching was excellent, and even with my very limited understanding of Italian I enjoyed the class focus on sweeps and transitions from underhook half guard. The class format was great, with functional, positional warm-ups and sparring before and after the technique of the day. I really enjoyed rolling with everyone - great level of skill, and willingness to match intensity without going overboard. Whether you're local, or in the area visiting, I'd highly recommend this gym.

  I have trained a lot of gyms while traveling but it's rare you find a gym where everyone is so technical and so kind and Tribe Jiu jitsu is the perfect combination of very technical and very hard rounds. It has great mat space and facilities and even better Jiu jitsu. If you find yourself in Rome do yourself a favor and come train at Tribe Roma Centro. Amazing academy!

  One of the best bjj gym in Rome. The tatami is huge, and the professor, Fabrizio Screpante aka Neo, is well known in the italian bjj game.
